QualiLine-C is an in-line inspection system which can be used to inspect a wide variety of castings. These include automotive engine blocks, cylinder heads, transmission systems and brake parts. Using multiple camera and illumination arrangements, these dedicated products capture images in several phases as the components pass in front of the cameras.

QualiLine-C precisely determines hundreds of geometrical parameters without slowing the manufacturing process. Size, shape, position, depth and direction measurements can all be readily made on contours, bores, openings and surfaces and results summaries can be written directly onto each component using an ink-jet printer.
